We had a slight delay but as soon as things picked back up she had my house sold. As first time home buyers, my husband and I had little to no idea what to expect when buying a home in general, let alone in the extremely tumultuous market the pandemic has left the world in. We were referred to Tonya on stellar reviews and we were not disappointed! She was ON it, every day, looking for homes for us and promptly arranging showings and meeting with us, even for last minute requests. We would not have wanted to spend this journey with anybody else. Also want to highlight that my husband is a veteran and VA loans are (in our experience) not very easy to get through but Tonya was, yet again, on it. Literally helping us to cut shrubs and do whatever this inspector asked us to do. She is on your side and will turn over every rock for a solution.
